POSTCARDS
POSTCARDS, a cover album of Popular Thamizh songs and a few of my originals. I enjoyed remaking the instrumentals, playing in MIDI keyboard, arranging loops and tracks, practising vocals, recording, balancing and listening to them over and over again during the pandemic. When I was stuck inside my room during these periods of loss and sadness, Making these songs gave me motivation and made me be hopeful about the future.
I admire the magic of music and the talents of the composers, directors lyricists, musicians, artists, technicians and singers. I made all these songs thinking of a person in love, sitting at the window side of a bus, travelling back home on a rainy day while looking at the sun which is setting down at the horizon, listening to these songs in earphones. I used very few instruments and layered them to flow around the vocals to have a smooth listening experience. Enjoy, Support and Share with your friends. Let me know your thoughts.
